The high performing DSBK has been designed for cutting the extremely dense ceramic materials that have been introduced into the stone market, such as Dekton, Neolith and Lapitec. Using a technical metal bond and a high quality diamond this blade is a leader in its class. We have developed this standard steel blank version to be used in conjunction with a bespoke high surface area flange that gives the blade a high level of rigidity. This increase rigidity allows the blade to cut perfect mitres and straight cuts eliminating chipping while running at very low AMPS.

We stock these flanges in H50mm as standard, but can supply other bores as required. If you require a different bore you can make a note on our checkout page.

We have also designed a silent blank option suitable for straight cutting only, which still gives an excellent cut.
