Adamantem Diamond Delivery Terms
Adamantem has one of the largest and most diverse diamond tool stocks in the UK and it is our goal to dispatch all orders same day as the order was placed when received before 14:45 for customers throughout England, Scotland, Wales and main land Europe.
We use DPD for all our deliveries. You will receive DPD tracking notifications via email or text. This is usually an hour delivery slot on your day of delivery.

We have been exporting our high performance tools across Europe for over a decade. On this site we have applied set prices for delivery to the following countries based on the consignment not exceeding 10kg. We retain the right to hold or cancel any order in the event that it exceeds 10kg or in the event of changes to our prices from DPD. Please contact us if you want to check you carraige charge.

Although we do not have a walk-in shop at our offices & warehouse, you are welcome to come and collect your order if that is more convenient for you. If you have any questions or special requirements regarding delivery, please contact us.
Some items are exempt from the same day dispatch, as they are made to customer specifications. Where this is the case, this will be clearly stated on the product page. Although if you have an extremely urgent enquiry for either stock or non-stock items, we ask you to contact us and we will endeavour to give you the quickest possible delivery.

Adamantem Diamond Returns Policy (consumers)
Returns Policy
(1) Introduction
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
(2) Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of receipt of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging [(with any seal or shrink-wrap intact)][, with any labels still attached,] and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

(b) any product made to order;

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
(7) Cancellations
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order at any point before you have taken receipt of your goods. Although you may subject to cancellation fee to cover carriage paid by Adamantem Products Ltd on your behalf. Any bespoke or made to order items are not eligible for cancellation once a final verbal confirmation and/or order number has been given.
